Serves: 6–8
Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients
2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough
¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp cracked black pepper
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp honey
Pinch sea salt pepper
Instructions
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a Bundt pan or round baking dish.
Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a bowl, toss with Parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, and pepper until evenly coated.
Place dough pieces into the pan. Stir melted butter with honey and a pinch of sea salt. Drizzle evenly over the dough.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Invert onto a serving plate and drizzle with a touch of warm honey, if desired.
Serving Note:
Serve warm as a brunch centrepiece, alongside soup, or as a sweet-savoury appetizer. The caramelized honey and nutty Parmesan create the perfect pull-apart bite.
