Homemade chocolate pudding

Creamy chocolate dessert with a rich and silky taste is the top choice to satisfy sweet-tooth cravings. This pudding is beyond comparison to those you can buy in stores. Only 185 calories per serving with 7 grams of protein. This is how to make it at home ( p.s. it is very easy!):

Ingredients:

⅓ cup of sugar

⅓ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder

3 tbsp of cornstarch

¼ tsp of salt

2 ½ cups of milk

1 ½ tsp of vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a saucepan, mix sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.

Bring the stove to medium heat.

Place the saucepan on the heat and start slowly pouring the milk into the mix, constantly whisking, until fully blended.

Continue cooking on medium heat, stirring all the time with a metal spoon, until the pudding becomes noticeably thicker (for about 10 minutes).

Once the pudding starts sticking to the spoon, take it off the heat.

Mix in the vanilla extract.

Divide the pudding into 4 serving bowls.

Let it chill in the fridge for about 2 hours or overnight.

Enjoy!
