It is essential to take care of your body ,and consume food items that heal you from the inside. Ginger, pineapple, and carrot juice has been time and again the best remedy to heal your gut and improve your skin quality.
As refreshing as it is, this drink also has many health benefits like fighting bacterial infections and keeping your weight in check. The pineapple, ginger, and carrot combinationis not only anti-inflammatory, but is also said to boost your immunity to the changing weather.
This anti-inflammatory juice is super-easy to make, and you can store it in an airtight container in your refrigerator for up to a week.
Ingredients
6 whole carrots
1 whole pineapple if frozen, should be thawed before juicing)
2-inch knob of fresh ginger
Sugar (to sweeten as per your taste)
Preparation
STEP 1
Scrub and rinse the carrots, and slice both ends. Peel the skin off the pineapple and the ginger.
STEP 2
Roughly chop all the carrots, pineapple, and ginger into medium-sized pieces that can easily blend in the juicer. Since we are juicing, it is not neccesary to chop them finely in cubes.
STEP 3
Put all the ingredients in a juicer and blend for 15 seconds first, then stop and give it a good shake, then repeat another 20 – 25 seconds.
STEP 4
Once your fruit chunks are completely blended, pour the fresh juice in a jug or container of your choice. (You can strain the juice and separate the pulp, if you prefer.)
STEP 5
Next, add 2-3 ice cubes in a glass and pour your freshly made anti-inflammatory juice into it. Add sugar if you want it sweetened, but our recommendation would be to have it just the way it is to get all the natural benefits. Serve and enjoy!
