Ingredients
1 cup kale, chopped
¼ cup celery, chopped
1 cup spinach, chopped
1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup collard greens, chopped
¾ cup beet greens, chopped
1 cup green apples, pitted and chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, peeled and finely chopped
3 cups cold pineapple juice
1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Wash all the solid ingredients thoroughly. In a high-speed blender, combine the cleaned vegetables and fruits. Add the ginger, pineapple juice, and ice, and blend until rich and smooth. (There’s no need for additional water or sugar, as the apples and pineapple juice provide natural sweetness and liquid). Enjoy your healthy green smoothie!
