This light, sweet, and energetic joy of fruits and nuts blend has made countless lives simpler after a hard day. The delicious tangy raspberry-peach smoothie is a perfect example of how fun and easy it is to prepare meals using a blender, and one of the best ways to stay refreshed in these steamy summer days.

Cooking and Preparation time – 20 Minutes
1 bowl of raspberries (frozen preferred)
1 ½ bowl peach sliced (frozen preferred)
2 tbsp of peanuts (optional) or any other nuts/chocolate chips of your desire
1 ½ tbsp of honey
4 Ice cubes (if the fruits are not frozen)
1 cup of milk (whichever kind that you prefer)
½ cup of yogurt (whichever kind that you prefer)
2 wafer sticks and 2 mint leaf (for garnish)
- In a blender add milk, yogurt and honey, pulse blend the mixture for 2-3 times.
- Add the fruits, peanuts and ice cubes and blend it for a few minutes until smooth.
- Pour it into the glass and garnish with wafers and mint, serve immediately.
The smoothie may be tailored to your preferences by adding protein powder to enhance the sweetness, and provide the necessary amounts of nutrients. Sprinklers can make the preparation more enjoyable and exciting. The smoothie is not ideal to be kept for long so serve immediately and enjoy!
