Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix vanilla extract and sour cream until creamy.
Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 55-60 minutes until the centeris is slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door open for an hour. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. Enjoy your creamy vanilla cheesecake.
