This simple berry parfait makes a perfect brunch or mid-morning treat.
Ingredients
2 cups Greek or coconut yogurt
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1½ cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
½ cup granola
Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Mix yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
In glasses, layer yogurt, berries, and granola.
Repeat layers and finish with berries and a drizzle of honey.
Garnish with mint and enjoy immediately.
Tip: For extra crunch, toast the granola lightly before layering.
